Carmelita provides an excellent acupuncture and massage service. I had quite severe pain in my shoulder for over a week. A couple of hours after my first acupuncture and massage treatment the pain and discomfort had disappeared and did not return. I started my journey with Carma therapy last year and successfully completed my Reflexology course and am currently working for myself offering Reflexology and Reiki treatments 
Carma’s teaching methods really appealed to me as it is done in a small group setting which gives everyone the chance to ask questions and engage with each other and have a bit of craic along the way. As every part of the course was explored and chatted about in great detail and Carmelita didn’t move on to next part of course until she was sure everyone understood the subject,  this was reinforced by both written and practical methods we left every day feeling like we had gained so much knowledge about reflexology which in turn made us more confident 
Once course was completed Carmelita kept in touch with us and was always on the end of the phone for all questions or fears we had. She encouraged us to start doing reflexology on friends and family to gain our confidence and then to set up a mini salon to welcome other clients. 
All course material was provided this was brilliant and I still use books today . 
I went back twice to Carma Therapy to enhance my reflexology knowledge by adding treatments for Cancer patients and Treatment of reflexology in pregnancy Carmelita is always welcoming and is truly a wonderful teacher she is so knowledgeable and radiates positivity. 🙌💕

I was realy interest in reflexology for many years realy needed a change so i went along to a imformation night with carma therapies and what can i say it was the best decision i ever made carmalita got me through it she makes it so enjoyable and easy to under stand since then ive done add ons like aroma therapy reflexology and cancer reflexology and looking forward to doing more my joureny with carmalita has been life changeing ive opened up my owe we bissuness and im just loveing my new chapter in life i highly recomened carma therapies its the best thing ull ever do what are you wanting for go grab life.." never had a foot therapy done so last week decided ah well il just chance it and see dont like my feet touched but the experience i had today was amazing 100% ill be back in 2wks as it was the most relaxing time i had and as use all no takes a lot to keep me lying down for 45mins but i loved every minute of it glad i booked have booked more of my family in carma Therapies is amazing 100% u deserve a medal to relax me for that long AMAZING
